LevTech, LLC provides a Lifetime Guarantee against material or workmanship defects for ALL of our Levels to the original purchaser only.

LevTech, LLC will repair or replace any of their Levels that should fail under normal use after examination.

Click on this link File My Claim and fill out the Returned Goods Authorization Form (RGA). Please attach photo’s of damaged product.

You will then receive an email from us with your RGA number for all referencing

LevTech, LLC may or may not request the item of mention to be returned. The return cost would be the responsibility of the sender. LevTech, LLC would then cover the shipping cost back to sender.
Under Warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Do not destroy or dispose of the claimed product with an open RGA. This will void your claim.
